We are ESOL/EAL teachers in Australia, who often started off writing for other publishers, but then decided to take the self-publishing path and create the resources that we’d love to use ourselves. Susan Boyer has been writing resources for Boyer Education for many years. She started with the popular Understanding Everyday Australian series, and has produced a wide range of resources for improving listening and speaking skills, reading, writing, spelling and everyday conversation. Karen Slikas Barber, based in Western Australia, is the author and now micro-publisher of the Carly and Kumar reading series, through Read Me Again Press. She has also written other easy readers, now available as a free download. Her website is readmeagainpress.com.au
